Terms and Conditions

1. In these terms and conditions:

'H&L Motors' means H&L Motors of 70 Wellington Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 5NX.

'Customer' means an individual customer of H&L Motors.

'Loyalty Miles Scheme' means the customer loyalty reward scheme managed by H&L Motors on the terms and conditions set out below.

'Loyalty Card' means the membership card issued by H&L Motors to members.

2. The purpose of the Loyalty Miles Scheme and the Loyalty Card:

H&L Motors provides members accepted to membership of the Loyalty Miles Scheme with a Loyalty card for the use of which provides exclusive membership benefits.

A member must provide his / her Loyalty card before any relevant transaction is processed in order to enjoy any benefit under the Loyalty Miles Scheme.

The Loyalty card remains valid until termination of the Loyalty Miles Scheme or earlier withdrawl by H&L Motors under clause 4.3 of this agreement.

H&L Motors also reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, or terminate the Loyalty Miles Scheme at any time without notice to members.

3. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to membership benefits from time to time operative, subject to the conditions below AND conditions specifically applicable to each benefit.

Discounts are subject to exchanged Loyalty Miles, H&L Motors reserves the right to amend, terminate or add to the discount levels at any time without prior notice.

H&L reserves the right to amend, terminate or add to membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

Each loyalty mile point has a redeemable cash value of 0.00001 pence.

Loyalty Miles vouchers are non-transferable, H&L Motors reserves the right to amend, terminate or add voucher benefits at any time without prior notice.

4. Nomination to the 'Loyalty Miles Scheme'

Customers are accepted into membership of the Loyalty Miles Scheme at the absolute discretion of the management at H&L Motors. Customers may apply membership by completing the application form attached to these terms and conditions.

By applying for membership of the Loyalty Miles Scheme, customers thereby accept these terms and conditions.

H&L Motors reserves the right to withdraw membership of the Loyalty Miles Scheme at any time without prior notice and for any reason. In the event of a member having membership withdrawn he/she must return the Loyalty Card within seven days of notification of withdrawl and will no longer be entitled to the benefits of the Loyalty Miles Scheme.

5. Use of the Loyalty Card

A Loyalty Card can only be used by the member to whom it was issued.

No benefits under the Loyalty Card Scheme are transferable. Members who knowingly allow their Loyalty Card to be used in breach of this condition may be liable to H&L Motors for any advantage wrongly enjoyed.

6. H&L Motors Liability

H&L Motors can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of promotional gifts.
